 These apps provide access to some thought-provoking or thought-slowing activities that I've found equally helpful depending on my mood.  Some are for helping you to quit alcohol, others are more for mental health.  Most are free but some have subscription options so make sure you check first.

Drinker's Helper

DRINKER'S HELPER Quit or cut back on drinking. Relatively new with a 4.6 rating this app looks good. Has tracking, insights, support groups and exercises. Free with in-app purchases.

Daybreak App

DAYBREAK Daybreak is an alcohol support group program created from years of experience by the Hello Sunday Morning team. It is a great alternative that provides an anonymous space, with a supportive community of people going through different stages of their own journey to recovery.
